*Make sure you are well hydrated and have eaten. Do not donate on an empty stomach.
*Platelet Donations: If you are not a current platelet donor at DHMC, please call us at 603-653-3775 before scheduling.
*A valid photo ID is required. Acceptable forms of ID are a driver's license or passport.
*All minors must be accompanied by someone other than the donor.
*If you are 76 years of age or older, we will need a letter from your physician stating you are healthy enough to donate blood. An updated letter is required annually. The health and wellbeing of our donors is our first priority.
