*Please hydrate with water leading up to your appointment and make sure to eat something prior to donation.

*You need to bring a photo ID with you to your appointment.

*All minors must be accompanied by someone other than the donor.

*If you are 76 years of age or older, we will need a letter from your physician stating you are healthy enough to donate blood. An updated letter is required annually. The health and wellbeing of our donors is our first priority.


*Platelet Donations: If you are not a current platelet donor at DHMC, please call us at 603-653-3775 before scheduling so we can check your eligibility.
